OBD II giving Lean both banks ?
2005 GT
Last week engine light on Bank 1 Lean.
Yesterday the 5th light came on again, back to "Big Al's"
This time both banks lean. This Mustang is new to me.
Have not put 3 full tanks through it yet. Only 30,000 Miles
on it. It has a B&S air tube on it but is missing the air box.
When it was cooler out no problem. With the ambient air
temperature approaching 30 I am guessing the underhood
must be getting up to 180 F or so. Would this cause this ?
I am only getting 21.46 M.P.G. but this may be it part due
to pushing 10 inch tires around ?
Alan thinks I may have an intake vaccum problem but before
I drop $600 to have the intake pulled and put back on thought
I'd ask. Thanks Lee

Do you have a tuner? SCT or Diablo. How are you retreiving your codes?

Bad Gas
It appears that I got a bad tank of gas. Filled up a GasKing and the light came on.05eleanor wrote:I have a Diablo Predator I could sell you if you want :D
Had it cleared, next start up light came on again. Filled up with Shell and it seems
to have resolved itself. Do not know if its the ethanol content or water?
I need tires before I buy anything else. But thanks
