Rick, tonight is more of a test and tune, fun run session. Event is tomorrow and I think Myself and Donna, Tom and Cindy, Ken, Martin are coming up on Saturday. I think gates open at noon and racing starts at 2. Look for us in the stands, probably far east at the top. Hope you can come.

Results: got 2nd in class. best time: 16.0

car wasnt running great, the rpms were only getting to 4.5 ish when they should be around 5.5 and limiter at 6.

ended up shaving 8 tenths of a second off during the weekend.

Addicting to drag racing now! had a great weekend!

First time to such a event. Thought Southern Mustangs Group showed very well. The cars run hard and they did a great job. I would say an event like this is a much see to every one. I know I will be back to see more of these races.

Yes, we had 3 club members racing this year. Big congrats to Kevin Goldie for running a personal best of 12.37 very nice. Not sure what Cory's best was but he had a blast as well even though he had trouble finding any traction. Also, I think it sounds like Richard is gonna be a regular at power to the pavement too. Great job guys

Was a good time. Been in the Hat for 21 yrs & that event was the first time I was there...sad really...lol!

We had a great time down in the Hat. Congrats also to Richard i really enjoyed watching your car run down the track. Kevin great run not a run in the 11s but ok. Just kidding it was a great run just trying to give you a push for next year.

Thanks! it kinda sucked how the car wasnt runnin great and topping out too early which made my shift really lossy. but that was so fun. ill be going again everychange i get!
